All right, here’s the deal. Our Marketing Performance Analyst position is open, and this is a great opportunity for you to join our Growth team!

In this position, you will:

• Work with the Growth team to understand its analytical needs and design data-driven solutions that bring value to Tavano Team and its clients.   
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports with multiple data sources.
• Generate requested analysis in function of the needs of the internal team or clients. 
• Help discover new relevant insights to improve the design and website development based on quantitative data and customer behavior.  
• Audit Google Analytics tracking and event measurement on client websites. 
• Implement tags through Google Tag Manager.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and improvements in the analytics field.

And you will need:

• Marketing, Mathematical, or Statistical educational background (not mandatory)
• +1 year of professional experience, ideally in the Marketing & Data Analysis field
• Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data/Looker Studio)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability with attention to detail
• Strong desire to collaborate; high level of initiative-taking, and a professional mindset
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively in English — both verbally and in writing

The icing on the cake:

• Meta Ads, Google Ads
• Knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience in Google Cloud, BigQuery

This is a freelance position, requiring an estimated 10 - 15 weekly hours. You will be able to work from our offices in Montevideo, Uruguay, or from home.
