We’re looking for a Talent & Culture Specialist to join our team and help us grow and nurture our team. This role is key to building engagement by collaborating with recruitment processes, creating meaningful onboarding experiences, and supporting the development of people across the organization. You’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative environment in the eCommerce industry, where culture and people truly matter.
Your key responsibilities:
- Hiring: Collaborate with the early stages of recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews, with a strong focus on proactively headhunting IT talent globally.
- Onboarding: Conduct onboarding processes that enable new hires to quickly integrate and feel connected to our values and ways of working.
- Talent Development: Support and follow up on talent initiatives such as Development Plans, feedback practices, and growth opportunities. Keep job descriptions updated and aligned with evolving roles.
- Policy Management: Collaborate on the review, update, and communication of HR policies, and help ensure they are effectively implemented across the organization.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support market benchmarking efforts, contribute to the structure of compensation ranges by seniority, and collaborate in the evaluation and continuous improvement of company benefits.
- Employee Experience & Culture: Drive initiatives that promote engagement, well-being, and a strong, inclusive company culture.
Your qualifications & skills:
- Experience working in technology or e-commerce companies with hybrid or remote culture.
- Proven experience in global IT headhunting and full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience collaborating across all Talent & Culture or Human Resources processes (full scope).
- Educational background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Coaching.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, organized, and people-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships at all levels.
This role is for a part-time schedule of 6 hours working in a hybrid mode both on-site and remote.
